- Pisen Standard Shipping: $30 for orders < $400 (USA/Canada only)
- Shipping Expectations
Most orders are processed within 2 business days after receiving the order (excluding unforeseen delays). For products that can't be delivered within 3-5 business days, the expected delivery time will be clearly displayed on the product page before checkout. See the chart below for anticipated delivery times.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to assist with changes before your order is shipped. Note that some changes might cause minor shipping delays.
We can't cancel or modify special orders or orders that have already been shipped. If your order has shipped and you still need to make changes, please contact us to arrange a return once you've received the item.
Delivery Tracking
If you haven't received your order within 30 days of it being shipped, please contact us right away. Our customer service team will work to resolve the issue within 24 hours. Requests made after this 30-day window may not be eligible for assistance.
