Appointment for order
1. Select the model's brand and fault
First, you need to choose the maintenance brand and model, and then choose the fault phenomenon; you can see the initial maintenance program and price. (Actual price is subject to the engineer's inspection.)
2. Select the way of maintenance service
You can choose either "home repair" or store maintenance".
Home repair: fill in home address, time, and contact would be easier for our service staff/maintenance engineer contact with you and determine the cause of the failure. (Currently, only support some of the phone model failure and area. For detail, please refer to the maintenance order submission page.)
Store maintenance: select maintenance store and arrival time.
3. Submit order
1) After filling in the information, click "submit order" to complete the scheduled maintenance operation;
2) After placing the order successfully, 3C EASY will send you a message for the first time to confirm that the order has been accepted. Service staff/ maintenance engineer will contact you as soon as possible to verify the order information, confirm the arrival time.
Home repair / Store maintenance
1. Home repair/ store maintenance
Home repair: Maintenance engineer will arrive at the location within the appointment time once the maintenance engineer receives your order. Service staff will be wearing the company uniform and carrying tool so that you can identify our service staff.
Store maintenance: arrive the store on time, maintenance engineer will test your device on the spot, inform you of the specific fault problems of the device, and check whether the fault of the model you choose in the order is matched.

The maintenance engineer will test your device on the spot, inform you of the specific fault problems of the device, and check whether the fault of the model you choose in the order is matched.
3. Confirm the maintenance plan and price
If the fault match with the order, the maintenance engineer will check the maintenance plan and price with you, the maintenance plan and price also can be checked on the 3C EASY; if the fault didn't match with the order, maintenance engineer will check the device and inform you the actual fault. Because of the change of the fault, the maintenance plan and price will be different and our maintenance engineer will explain and confirm with you;
If you agree with the maintenance plan and price, maintenance engineer will start to repair you device.
5. Confirm the maintenance result
After the maintenance engineer successful repair, the maintenance engineer will show it to you and confirm with you whether the problem has been solved or not. While it still in the maintenance result period, maintenance engineer also will confirm with you whether others device's function can use or not such as display screen, touch, calling and others after successful maintenance.
Pay on the spot
If you confirm the maintenance is completed, please do the payment on the spot to our maintenance engineer for this maintenance. You can either choose to scan the Wechat QR Code which is provided by the maintenance engineer or do the payment in cash.
Confirm the order and make evaluation
After the payment is done, please visit the 3C EASY official website (www.3ceasy.com) check the order.
